Cons
- Top management is either absent or highly ineffective, particularly in strategic business departments. Given the amount of funds raised, this is extremely concerning and I wouldn't be surprised if the company were eventually bailed out by some existing investor and/or the French state.
- Highly dysfunctional company culture. Little action is taken by HR to address toxic behavior or underperformance, likely due to internal politics.
- Promotions tend to be influenced more by personal or political reasons/connections than by actual merit.
- Noticeable lack of company vision and cross-team alignment.
- Weak team dynamics, and little sense of camaraderie or team spirit.
