certain colleagues are worth their weight in gold, hybrid working
Cons
the best staff are not respected by the management and SLT. The teams try to do their best but are always working with no support from the right people. The misinformation from the finance team about why payments are not made to the instructors needs to be questioned. If they are struggling to make the payments to the instructors, I am not sure how long the business can survive without them.
