Pros

Full Time contract Meets NMW, 2 full weeks of training

Constant abuse from customers No support from managers you are told that you can make bonus of up to £1,000 a months and your shown how many people make this based on there collections (what they don't show you is that less than 15% of staff actually end up with that bonus in there bank account as they will pull every trick in the book to make your you don't get it) if you work over your 42.5 hour contract you don't get that time back but if you go even a second over your lunch break you have to make that time back that same day even if you have already worked an extra 5 hours that month or you lose any bonus you might have made(this is just one of the tactics that they use) the headsets they give you are all second hand and completely useless customers can't hear you over the background noise because there is no noise cancelling so you have to repeat your self and shout on the phone. managers will shout at you in front of the whole office for being seconds back from your break you are told that you have a choose of shift pattern and then weeks after handing your choice in you get told 3 days before the shift pattern is supposed to start you get told you can't do that pick something else right this second. I was trained on the wrong campaign and then got thrown into another with no extra training and this is not a one off case as this was the case for a number of us in the same boat. I hope I can find any other job soon or I think I will end up drinking a bottle of pills avoid this place like the fricking plague, the highest level of managers are unfeeling lizard people and the other managers are just neds who don't care about people

Everything- training was extremely poor 3 weeks of learning nothing about the job and thrown into calls with no help. Managers not were not nice to new starts and made to feel unwelcome. 10 minute toilet break for 9 hour shift Customers screaming at you on calls Debt collection and told to have no empathy for customers High staff turnover and seen advisors cry even in training, due to getting no help from sme or management. No canteen food and toilets blocked always Poor work shifts and no consideration for employees mental health, work life balance, it is toxic! I stayed here for 1 month but left as i knew this job was by far the worst i had ever came across. Please do not work here!!
