      Pros

      Definitely the people. I’ve had the chance to work with some great professionals across both the commercial and non-commercial teams. Another big pro is the product itself. Glassdoor doesn’t really give enough space to do it justice, so it’s worth checking out Patsnap website and seeing it for yourself

      Cons

      They don’t spend enough money on the sales team. Laptop you receive is cheap and can effect your work especially during a zoom call with a client

      Pros

      Good people in UK, US and Canada who are trying their best, considering the lack of investment and micromanagement by CEO.

      Cons

      CEO wants to grow in US market, but at Chinese prices, which shows his lack of understanding and strategy. 100% of R&D in China, while rest of world decoupling from China. Company not able to keep top talent, many of CEO's leaders know he is not capable, but hang out for the paycheck.
