Support team and manager are very friendly and supportive.

Customers and employees are not a priority for the company, only profit. Senior management have massive egos and love to show you smart they are rather than actually listening to staff and considering feedback provided. They have no interest in what staff have to say. Work given was always way above capacity, which meant always working over just to stay afloat with expectations.

Never will you meet a more talented, engaging, intelligent and all round lovely group of people to work with. People are genuinely nice and people genuinely care. Working with the NHS can be challenging (quite slow moving) but customers aren’t used to modern tech with a good UI and love how the product looks and feels. Seeing their reaction when we release new features that improves their day-to-day is super rewarding
