Pros
PathMaker Group is a solid company. They hire their team for a cultural fit and have a roster of specialists, thought leaders and architects that are serving a growing roster of notable commercial clients. The organization chart is fairly flat and they operate with an open book leadership style. It’s a good place to work if you prefer having a work/life balance and a career in Information Tech/Security. The management is doing a good job of responding to changing market trends and expanding their product offerings while narrowing the focus on what they do best.
Cons
Not many cons that I could name. Due to being a smaller firm the compensation isn't as high as larger firms. The company-wide bonus and health plans help to balance it out. The company needs to work on their PTO plan which I felt was slightly anemic for a growing tech company with a core value of work/life balance.
