Pros
At the moment? Anything. If you're a foreigner, you might be attracted to the salary, but you can definitely find something that pays more. Believe me! In the not-too-distant past, before the company was acquired, Pathable had a great environment and great leadership, but everything changed. I would say that the main product is the only of a few nice things, not the technology, but the product itself. The other is the employees, they deserve something better, really nice people!
Cons
A lot of things. Orders coming top-down, people not being included in any decisions, among others that I prefer not to mention. Basically, you are a number, you feel they don't know your name, and I don't have a perspective of changing.
