      Pay was about right for the position.

      Cons

      CEO, very out of touch with how to treat employees. He swears in full staff meetings, berates Management team in open meetings. His treatment of employees needs vast improvement.

      Pay, but that only gets so far.

      Cons

      The CEO and partners are all out of touch and have little to no scientific knowledge. They are mainly in the industry for money as one can see if the broken Quant Fungal method and barely functioning DetectX method. The CEO Patel tries to have other labs fight his battles with the government instead of himself. Your assays not detecting properly is a manufacturers problem not the labs, especially when the government is questioning the validity of their assay and data.
