Pros
Most of the upper management team has my highest respect, their hearts genuinely in the right spot.
Cons
The internal conflict between departments is stagnating the company. Employees distrust management as a result of the disputes. Owners of the company are given skewed truths to lay blame on employees by key upper management team members. The results of this practice will keep the company growth relatively flat, which is a shame for the owners.
