Management has no idea what we do for these kids and how stressful it is to get at-risk youth through an independent study program. All I hear is criticism, never a Thank You. True managers know how to motivate their staff and sending emails listing teacher rankings is one of many demotivating factors. Part time support staff are paid very little for what they ACTUALLY do.
