      Pros

      Beautiful product, Erudite and cosmopolitan customer base. Good location (if you like downtown).

      Cons

      An owner who is much more interested in being friends with employees than their boss. Longtime employees are permitted to work remotely and coast. Low wages. No benefits. Senior employees are broken people who throw others under the bus to make themselves look better. Absolutely no hope for advancement.

      Benefits: Sick Leave, Seasonal Bonuses, Optional 401K Plan. Flexible Hours- Opportunities to make up time if there is an absence. Hybrid schedule possible (in person and remote). The owner (Allison Buchsbaum) is amazing!

      Cons

      Project calendar tasks often pivot last minute and without warning. Be very mindful to over ask questions to ensure expectations are being met for your department.

      no healthcare micromanagement toxic environment very cold/extreme temps made to pay for creamer and nespresso retaliation for bringing up valid work concerns
