Patrick Henry Creative Promotions has a great culture and a team of genuinely good people. Everyone’s supportive and open to collaboration, which makes it a really positive place to work. You get a good amount of freedom to manage your own projects and bring creative ideas to the table, and leadership is receptive when you take initiative. It’s a solid environment for anyone who values trust, creativity, and teamwork.

Workload can vary depending on client timelines, so time management is important, but leadership is always quick to help.

The friendly, open and caring environment really promote an excellent work place. There is an open door policy with all members of the team, including our executives, which allows for fast-paced, easy learning, in a not always easy job field. The Interview process consisted of multiple interviews, first with members of the Executive Team, then a second with your potential Director. PHCP really puts their best foot forward when trying to find the best match for the team. I have since learned the process aims at bringing on people who will most certainly mesh well will the already present family atmosphere PHCP consistently promotes.

I have yet to experience a con of working here. When I made a mistake, it was simply viewed upon as a learning experience.
