High ticket prices = higher tips. No drama. Management is very hands off as long as you do your job

Long hours, large tipouts, no upward movement

Great hours. Friendly servers and bartenders to work with. Manageable menu to learn. Good flow to restaurant. Beautiful interiors and food was palatable.

Low menu prices equal low tips. HR was a frickn nightmare to deal with. Took 6 months to get W2 after location closed.
