Pros

Colleagues are passionate about the arts, very smart and a fun group of people. They value diversity and equity in hiring practices. Healthcare is okay and free if you are a single person

Cons

Very low pay for the level of work expected, management is constantly cutting corners and refusing to invest in growing skills. They are only interested in signing larger deals. There is a complete lack of accountability for salespeople who don't understand how the system works and close sales based on misunderstandings. The company has never offered a 401k match of any kind, for the past 2 years, the company has decided it was too much money to have a real holiday party, so they decided to hold it online, in the office.

Pros

CEO Eugene Carr is a true entrepreneur and leader. It's a pleasure to work with motivated and caring people. The overall culture is very positive and fun. Turnover is very low. Great teamwork. While there are a lot of remote workers, everybody feels part of the team and their voice is heard. Love this place! And BTW, we offer a terrific product.

Cons

long standard workday 9am-6pm although people are on different schedules.

Pros

In the past couple of years (or in some cases months), the company has been improving on: - Valuing employees as much as clients, developing client retention methods that don't work low-level employees to the bone - Transparency from management - Prioritizing raises and bonuses over cheaper, more flashy benefits - Training new hires - Hiring with our rate of growth - Desegregated hiring - The Client Admin team, which is now beautifully managed And consistently, since I began: - Flexible scheduling and work-from-home policy - Warm, friendly atmosphere - Good benefits Multiple former employees have returned, which, considering the cons below, gives you an idea of the overall environment.

Cons

- Salaries are far below industry average; you must relentlessly negotiate from day one to get halfway-decent pay, and/or work from home in a town with a lower median income - "Entry-level" positions just aren't - A few other departments could take a lesson from Client Admin re: proper management
