It is not any product based company. They are hiring developers to build their own website only and will later fire. None of previous employees remain till date. Most of good reviews here are written by Vidyasagar himself on Glassdoor. You have to work minimum 9-10 hours daily and are expected to work beyond that and are expected to butter the Vidyasagar time to time basis or else you will be fired. In content writing and SEO you are expected to do a lot of work for a very few cent. Pure exploitation. They even have secret 2 year service period on their offer letter which they don't disclose. If you leave before 2 years you won't be getting any relieving letter. If you try to mimic they will file a case against you and then charge money to give releaving letter. They don't have any project also. This company is a pure fraud. Many people got fired and many leaves after learning about the scam. They are saying they have client as Adobe etc but the reality is they supply AEM Developer to them by charging money and no real project. No job training nothing at all. It is a pure fraud company. Don't join. Even no need to read positive review which are written by CEO Vidyasagar himself.
