I’ve met some of the most talented people here. I’ve been given an opportunity to work with almost every department and really enjoy the variety of work required. Very collaborative team environment with everyone putting in ideas to make things better.

I Don’t notice any cons.

I have really found my place. The work is absolutely meaningful and fulfilling. The team is collaborative and helpful. Management stays on top of building a better work place by bringing in dedicated people with positivity and thoughtful contributions to make the client's job search enjoyable.

The space is hard for some people. Job search is not easy. The challenge is staying positive and knowing how to guide and show clients how to find positions that fit them especially when the news is so misguided. I have seen some people who get too bogged down in the negativity and it can pull you down if you don't weed them out. Although it can be a "con", I am glad management tries to help but will cut bait with those that create anything less than a solution. The old bad apple story.
