They do not respect contracts or commitments. Employee payments are often delayed, and in some cases, completely withheld. Leadership is extremely weak — the CEO and managers are nothing but “yes-men,” with no real vision or courage to make fair decisions. No one ever leaves the company with all of their rightful dues. Wrongful terminations are their standard way to end contracts. If you take legal action, they will not hesitate to send perjurers to court to twist the truth. The work environment is highly stressful, with constant unrealistic demands and absolutely no recognition or appreciation in return. Employees are treated as the least important part of the business, if they are even considered at all. There is no transparency, no career growth, and no professional development. Morale is extremely low, and turnover is alarmingly high. Favoritism, politics, and unethical practices dominate the workplace culture. This is by far the worst company I’ve ever encountered — run by unethical, unqualified people who have no respect for professionalism or integrity. Do not consider working there under any circumstances. You will only waste your time, effort, and peace of mind.
