- Toxic management. Not just toxic, but aggressive. You probably can be blamed by managers (in public chats or in private calls) - You can be fired. Just fired. Do you think if you will work hard this could help to prevent that? No. - Work more! This is important. Quantity over quality is one of the company value - Bad culture. This company doesn't care about you and what you feel - Aggressive CEO. You can be "killed" in the public chat or be named with a "potato" title
