      Pros

      Some brilliant minds. We don't get bored. Working with business stakeholders. Exposure to NLP - as the product use a data product as a core service.

      Cons

      No clear vision. Lot of legacy & unused features to maintain. Awkward Atmosphere - nice people, lack of diversity, lack of processes Not a data driven organisation.

      Great culture, people are friendly and available. Very much tech and data oriented Climate of trust, remote work was in place before covid Prestigious client, growing fast Great office, fair perks Positive atmosphere Meal vouchers Good health insurance Regular get togethers

      no RTT, but it's compensated so it's ok
