From the CEO down, it is all about doing the right thing for the client, their employees and for us (the staff) with an emphasis on making business better for the client and fostering an environment at work that makes people feel empowered and energized.
An incredible CEO who is ethical and encourages an open door policy. One of the kindest CEO's I have ever worked for.
