I've worked for the company for a few years and things haven't always been smooth sailing in terms of management and work environment. However, the company recently changed ownership; it is now backed by an IT consulting company with strong management and more resources. It's now a very enjoyable work environment.

Management always open to new ideas & ways to grow. Director believes in his employees, encourages them. Nice, secure office in South End. Small office / start-up feel, lots of freedom & creativity. Great pay and benefits.

Little to no training. If you don't want to figure most things out on your own, this isn't the place for you. You won't get the oversight you will in a corporate environment. It's really a good thing though, because you're building the skillset to be a leader.
