Pros

1) The company is growing at a very fast rate. In the last 2 years the revenues has increased by more than 300% which is a great sign for Job security. 2) It's relevant and futuristic. The technology behind is advanced and very competitive. Hence, you learn about a whole new world into marketing. Big point for anyone who's looking to shift to digital marketing. 3) Personal development - the management do not restrict you to a region, industry or a person. It allows you explore at your full capacity in your own way. A priceless experience for any fresher! 4) Healthy - the top management really cares about it's employees. It's a flat hierarchy where anybody can speak to anyone at any given point of time about anything. Very free, very open, the management is very considerate and respects a healthy work - life balance. 5) if you crack the code, the incentive benefits are very lucrative. The company is just going to grow from here. These points are key in my opinion. If I speak more, some people will find it hard to believe it.

Cons

1) As the company is looking to continue WFH model. It can be difficult to learn and maintain consistency as it is easy to get a little complacent. The company really gives you space to work at your best and hence one can easily start being inefficient. 2) As the company is competing with huge market players, it can be overwhelming and difficult to negotiate and convert. It requires patience, energy and dedication! Newbies can get demotivated easily here. 3) if you come from a very experienced background, you would find it tough to settle in here because of the flat hierarchy model, the informal relations and no regional boundaries which can make you uncomfortable. 4) and for the weekend, party heads, the company hasn't been able to celebrate any occasion well yet. It's been tough to get them together to celebrate!
