Pros
Large, respectable company, has a solid brand name. Solid training and advancement opportunities. If you are in small business "Core" sales it's probably the best of the national companies to be at.
Cons
Due to virtually no development, updates, or support I am 100% comfortable saying they do not really care about the mid-market division. Below average compensation for high producers compared to industry. Due to size and all the different products and support lines makes it very difficult to answer client questions or keep them happy, very seldom does one hand know what the other is doing internally. I'd recommend it for someone starting out in sales, not much beyond that.
