      Pros

      The ability to work fully remote

      Cons

      They don’t care about work/life balance unless it has zero impact on the managers. They preach the fact you don’t need to work OT, but then say you still need to do what you can with no assistance. Every 2.5 months, you can’t take time off due to blackout dates. Turnover is really high Management is hard to connect with

      We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. We strongly recommend connecting with your HR Business Partner or Manager to discuss your current workload. We encourage employees to use their PTO hours to reset and recharge as desired. This past year we gave employees additional floating PTO days which is now part of our annual PTO cycle. Additionally, we provide employees the opportunity to reach out to the Executive team directly and anonymously to submit questions for the bi-weekly Q&A webinars. This past year, we have also revamped our leadership training for management of all levels as proper training and employee support is a top priority at Paylocity.       Pros

      Work remote. Fantastic leaders, Definitely a place I have enjoyed working.

      Pay is slightly less than competitors but work life balance and culture make up for it.

      Pros

      Great benefits; 90% of the ppl that worked there were the best and really did great work.

      Made employees choose between having MLK Day off or Juneteenth- both which are federally recognized holidays. Excuse was that our customers are open on those days so we need to be open. So as a company, we had to pick which would be a paid holiday and everyone chose Juneteenth because it was in the summer. I think we got a floating holiday to use for any other holiday we wanted off that wasn’t recognized by the company. As you can imagine, this racism was prevalent in management/leadership. My team was the most diverse team and we all got restructured/laid off. There’s a lot of ego and control issues in this company, especially in Talent Acquisition.
