A serious lack of leadership. Onboarding experience was awful. The company is not coordinated well internally. You won't have management support, and will often receive conflicting information or passive aggressive pushback. There is also a severe lack of resources; the CRM technology is poorly designed, you're expected to spend a lot and expense out of pocket (printing collateral, food drops, lunches, etc), and they refuse to have a team office to help foster growth amongst the team. They also push you to work on weekends.
The company culture is what they praise, although a lot of it is toxic corporate positivity. It has a strong "start-up" vibe and what you are told in the interviews is not the reality of the role.
The training is low level and not very applicable to your role. There is no focus on personalization of growth or development, which is further exacerbated by inexperienced leadership.
