- Its not able how well you do its about who you know, and how willing to are to suck up to them.
- NO OPPORTUNITY TO MOVE UP, they would rather hire outside reps with no understanding of the company and the inner-workings of Paylocity.
- Dont like to give opportunities to their current staff.
- There is way to many things to name, but overall the low pay (lowest in the HCM industry), Leadership, and Lack of Resources for movement within company make this a one star company to me.
