Pros

Good pay, good benefit and that's it. You will make some friends for sure.

Cons

Toxic working environment. Senior Management and the HR are not friendly during my time working there. Senior Management are mostly very arrogant and not humble at all.

Pros

- Good benefit and perks -fix allowance - flexi hours - office facilities

Cons

- alot of people resigned (include CMO and COO) as new CEO came in and micromanage the whole organisation - constant organisation change and direction unclear makes it harder for employee to perform the task. - some projects failed and try to squeeze every fibre employee here - employee club (for staff activities) will be disband by CEO - for those who apply for internal audit position, this is not the place to gain new experience. The auditees dictate the audit scope to be perform by the internal audit, which internal audit work should be independant. Furthermore weak managers finding fault only on their staff instead encourage them.

Pros

Excellent exposure to Malaysia's payment ecosystem, industry stakeholders, and large-scale strategic initiatives. Opportunity to work with banks, payment providers, government agencies, and transport operators. Supportive colleagues and good learning environment for professionals interested in payments and digital financial services.

Cons

Decision-making can be slow due to the involvement of multiple stakeholders and governance processes. Project timelines are often dependent on external parties, making execution challenging. Opportunities to move quickly from concept to implementation can be limited.
