Pros
As an SDR, all the AE's I got paired up with were awesome and extremely helpful. The 2 SDR managers that I had were also awesome and helpful. Great cast of teammates (SDR's) who were always willing to help you out if you had any questions.
Cons
Leadership has absolutely gutted the soul from this company and has shifted from employees first into you're just another number. The CEO has openly said that he'd get rid of Unlimited PTO if he could. He's so cheap, he was griping about the $300 employee Work from home expense because people were using it. Leadership has fired talented people just to get their ZoomInfo cronyism hires in. "Worked at ZoomInfo? Great, here's a job!" is how a few leadership hires have recently gotten hired. Work life balance was rough because SDR's have a high quota. I felt like I couldn't take time off without getting behind. There were days I had to put in 12 hour days just to book 1 meeting. This has led to massive burnout in the Sales org. There were a group of SDR's that got promoted to AE's recently. After 4 months, the company decided to make cuts in the SMB/MM Sales team. Multiple AE's got relegated back to SDR's. That should scare anyone that wants career progression.
