      Pros

      Payscout has a great company culture championed religiously by the CEO and President. Employees are supported and encouraged to act like an entrepreneur. Feedback is welcomed and the 'best idea wins'. The perks and benefits are amazing! 100% coverage for medical, dental and vision; adoption assistance; $1500 annually towards training/education; free lunch Wednesdays, arcade and lounge area; motorized desks...etc.

      Cons

      Being a small/mid size and fast growing company, many processes/technology is newly implemented or in progress. This can be daunting for employees that are use to established work environments.

      Pros

      The company cares about work-life balance and company culture. Hard-working employees are recognized. There are opportunities for career growth. I feel supported, comfortable and confident working here. Great and open-minded leadership, flexible hours, great company benefits, passionate team members, etc.

      Pros

      A strong company with a strong culture. Although not perfect, there are so many co-workers that I am impressed by daily.
