Great company to work for

I really like working at Payspan and I plan on staying for a while to come because I feel at home here. A few of my pros include: 1. Being able to learn as you earn. Payspan is very flexible when it comes to the learning curb; they allow you to learn new software, techniques, languages, etc while you work and they reimburse you for any Udemy or other course you take. 2. The people (including management) at Payspan are great. Everyone is friendly and always willing to help. 3. Small company allows you to get to know everyone easier and not be just another number. 4. Hours are flexible and work from home is pretty liberal as long as you get your work done. This creates a great work/life balance. 5. Spacious cubicles. Unlike the new trend of open offices Payspan still has cubicles that give you a little privacy and more working space (desk). 6. Location is very convenient and parking is abundant. 7. Great free coffee. 8. A lot more.

I don't have many cons: 1. Benefits could be beefed up. The 401k match is low, no HSA contributions from the company, and healthcare benefits are managed by a 3rd party benefits administrator so you get what they get. 2. We have pushed and continue to push for Payspan to buy a company license for Udemy or LinkedIn learning so we don't have to pay out of pocket and ask for reimbursement.
