If you have a desire to make this place great the doors open up for you. Although some recent changes may make you feel uneasy, you look at what good things come of it and you become comforted that the changes are for the betterment of the organization and its employees. The CEO adds a personal touch in meeting with potential new hires and that says a lot about his character and willingness to find great talent that will work well with others. After and during the hurricane, the company took care of its employees and made several accommodations for its employees to continue working during trying times. They also took care of meals and really added a personal touch from HR. This place seems to be a more cohesive unit than mentioned in previous reviews. Benefits: I’m glad they went to Florida Blue on this recent enrollment, they offer a better network. The premiums went down for most of the plans offered. They also offer employer paid benefits: employee life insurance with AD&D, long term disability and subsidized dental plans. They could however work out some better 401(k) matching percentages.
Cons
Upgrade systems so that employees are not spending more time being reactive instead of proactive in solving known issues. There are no training programs throughout the organization that would allow employees to feel invested in advancement. Bring in some.
