      Flexible working/WFH, many nice colleagues, laid back office culture

      Cons

      Extremely dishonest leadership & policies, company always comes first, you will be promised many things that will not happen. HR team also quite unhelpful in all situations.

      Pros

      Depending where you work, the benefits can very good. Fun work environment.

      Cons

      ING recently acquired Payvision, and with it has come a lot of changes. Old ownership is gone and a new culture shift has arrived. The structure of the company is changing as well. Things are in flux.
