Pros

The CEO of the company is one of the smartest mind I have worked with. He treats his team with respect and provide a great environment to work. Together we are building a revolutionary payment product which is going to change the way people think of transactions.

Cons

Till now I have not found any cons of the company. Yes the team is very small, but that is not a con. That is the opportunity to learn as you will be assigned task which will give you huge work experience.

Pros

Nothing is good, no business plan no values, no work ethics

Cons

There is no business plan Company want people to just work for free and leave Company doesn't dare to provide bare minimum infra or tools It need resources who can come work and go for free This guy make you to work freely stating that he gives you some equity and he will get the work done by you for about 1-3 months then throw you out, and save the equity he allocated to you. He is just ghosting the development and getting his work done. Becareful with him

Venkata, Let’s be honest. You were brought into a startup environment where expectations were clearly outlined: early-stage, equity-based contribution, and a milestone-driven path to potential compensation. You agreed. No one forced you to join, and certainly no one kept you here. You were provided access, responsibility, and the freedom to contribute meaningfully. Instead, what we got was blame-shifting, incomplete work, and a refusal to take ownership. When held accountable, you chose to walk away and now you're here, posting falsehoods instead of taking responsibility. You’re right about one thing: we do expect high standards and self-starters. Building something real requires commitment, not excuses. You didn't meet the mark that’s on you, not the company. Accusing people of “cheating” because they don’t reward incomplete or abandoned work is both dishonest and disrespectful to those who are genuinely contributing. We don’t owe anyone for effort that never turned into results. And if your goal is to damage reputations with baseless slander, don’t expect silence in return. We wish you well, but don’t mistake professionalism for weakness. Paywaz.com LLC
