      Pros

      - Management seems to care - Promotes from within - Nice/new office - Hybrid work available - Loved the CEO. Always walked around asking how people were doing

      Cons

      My only con was that I was kept in a role I did not love. Part of that is on me because I did not ask to be moved out of the role before I completely checked out and pursued a new opportunity elsewhere. By the time I was offered a new role, I was ready for a fresh start.

      Collaborative, Exciting, Teamwork, Hardworking, the office atmosphere is great and the work life balance should be an industry standard.

      Cons

      None so far, if you're coachable and work hard, this job will be very rewarding, both monetarily and rewarding to the mind and soul.

      Pros

      Upfront about difficulties selling to their market. Fair pay and a well-communicated compensation structure. Nice people to work with.

      Cons

      Dishonest leadership in the sales org. If an employee quits, they steal their commission and pay it out to other members on the team, which is illegal. The reviews here are curated. Many former employee reviews have been deleted.
