      Really poor management, HR didn't have a clue and staff are treated like children!! Also lied about commission rates and special treatment for those who grass and gossip about their colleagues.

      Relaxed management style, same goals every year, very predictable

      Cons

      NO CUSTOMER CARE, Poor communication, zero HR, very clicky, no support, poor management, no advancement opportunities, cloak and dagger sales approach, poor wages and bonuses, just riding the goodtimes
