Cannot talk to anyone, its all on a chat app. (Not WhatsApp) I found it annoying, especially when you go in on a job to tackle something they had a problem with previously. Having the previous engineers notes would help. Its all submitted by paper, invoices using a P.O box. Even though the payment was always done via credit Card The charge to the customer is astronomical. It seems to be all about the money. You cant leave a job without taking payment, and some jobs didn't warrant a full fee. That was the reason I left.

No pay increases No career progression Hardly recognised by the company, especially when based on a company site Dead end job No encouragement to do better or progress or train Communication is non-existant
