Pros

Good pay for call centre work. Rotas done well in advance.

Cons

Other departments can be rude/look down on customer service reps, depending on the shift you work management can be non-existent. Certain OOH shifts you can be the only one working with no management support, not ideal.

Great people who want to see you succeed, variety of tasks, opportunity to develop career.

Cons

Hours may be a little more than some are used to, coal mines aren't for everyone, sometimes you may have to "figure it out"
