      Coworkers are great, the pay is decent.

      Cons

      If you work here, they own you. Your time is theirs not yours. You are just a number, not a person. Swings in layoff's then rehires. Never feel real job security.

      Great people who want to see you succeed, variety of tasks, opportunity to develop career.

      Hours may be a little more than some are used to, coal mines aren't for everyone, sometimes you may have to "figure it out"
