They pay is industry average for the area.

Cons

The management doesn't care about the employees they act as if they are easily replaceable. The training is terrible and the supervisor acts like they are being bothered. My supervisor literally said to me on my first week of training "we don't baby sit". They yell at you for taking supplies for THEIR patients and if you complain about anything, they cut your hours and give them to someone else, even if they were hired AFTER you! Terrible place to work.
