Pay is ideal , until you factor in how much free time you are giving up to do your job . Have nice wellness benefits.
Cons
Absolutely no work life balance. Expectations are unreasonable and management could care less. Surprisingly, insurance coverage is horrible, even if using a PeaceHealth location. Retirement plan is a complete joke.
