Pros
The pay is pretty good
Cons
The leadership seems to be unable to trust or respect the people that work there. They like to use a lot of empty words. In an email about how you will be fired if you have a medication error they end it by talking about just culture, the concept that mistakes are the results of a system and shouldn't be pinned on the individual. In an email that commands everyone to do something with no input from those being affected, it ends with mentioning working together. I guess to them working together is doing what you are told. Last winter in their newsletter they had a blurb about snow and ice and getting to work. It was clear that they didn't care about our safety, only that we showed up to work. That's the biggest problem, they don't care about or value the people that work there.
