      Coworkers are kind, cooperative, social and non-competitive people - a quite pleasant atmosphere. Pay and benefits better than other hospital systems in area.

      Cons

      Some of the management supportive - but if there is a weak point it is the ones who are not - Some are right out of Mad Men
