Training is short and very barebones, with information that feels vital being introduced only after making an error. There is a lack of communication and organization, often only being told of how to go about a process change the day of, even if there is a heads-up that the process change will happen. I do not feel respected as a gender minority, with more caregivers misgendering me than being affirming.
