Pros
Freedom to set your own article schedule, only need to write an article a week but can write as much as you want, awesome leadership, important topics, ethical company.
Cons
Start out with $10 an article which is very little, and 6 months later get a $5 raise per article which isn't much at all- wish they paid a more fair amount even if it meant reorganizing so that writers contributed more articles.
