Better systems needed to keep up with the daily pace of the work load and constant changes. Make meetings more productive and timely. Step into the 21st century of telecommuting which can be cost effective for both employee and employer. Meetings set for 5pm is inconsiderate and selfish and does not show care for work life balance. (conference call options could work if needed) Calls can be taken in the car while commuting home in traffic. Develop a standing quality training program for both on boarding and continuous training.
