You’ll have three different managers telling you to do three different things. Owner is incredibly cheap. Don’t expect to have any sales tools. Every account is taken by the frat that’s in the corporate office. Have to front all expenses. Dont work here if you don’t have money or a credit card. 5 days pto for the first four years of the job!! That counts sick days. Micromanaging like you’ve never seen. They follow your every move the in the company truck. Can’t even sit in the truck for longer than 15 mins. When you travel which you will. They give you only 25 dollars a day. National average is 98 dollars. So lose a ton of money when forced to travel. Make sure to get an offer letter. Which they probably won’t give you. Bc they lie in the interview. Worst communication from a company I’ve ever seen. They sub out all their work but tell you to lie and say they’re all peach state employees. I could go on and on.
