It has large scaled growth, it nearly doubled since the beginning of the year. There are a lot of opportunities and inputs members can still bring in. Also, there a great goals, like we would get extra vacation if we hit them. Also, we get food restocks every 2 weeks and more has been coming more frequently than that, also great exposure to the CEO, he comes out to the break room and there is ample opportunity to talk the execs

not a dog friendly office (yet) I agree with that, this needs to change , cramped spaces (as of now, talk to move to a bigger building), sick time is part of vacation so feel as though you are encouraged to come to office sick
