Pros

I was lucky enough to find this opportunity. The greatest benefit to working at Peak, is you learn so much and work with the best of the best. Everyone at Peak is hardworking, and truly embodies being on a "team." Peak opened the door for many opportunities for me and is a great place to work if you are a self-starter, and motivated individual.

Cons

Success within this company is truly up to you. The faster you learn this, the better! It can be very fast paced, being a sales company, and a tough industry. But, what you put in is what you will get out of it.

Pros

Peak Development provides a fantastic sales environment for hungry sales people that is unlike many other inside sales roles. The goal for Peak is to engage CEOs, Founders, and other high level executive to discuss valuing and selling their business. Its an exciting process that not only connects you with top business minds, but Peak has also created the opportunity for top performers to really excel in their careers and move into very high level roles in Mergers & Acquisitions any beyond within the organization. Not to mention, if you work hard, you can make great money at Peak.

Cons

Mergers & Acquisitions is a long sales cycle and it took a while to get ramped up to full potential. However, if you work hard you can start collecting commissions within the first month or two.

Pros

Figured I'd come on here after someone just left and offer my 2-cents. I came from a sales job before that offered 65k base and up to 10k for bonus. The problem was... I was better at sales then everyone and I constantly was #1. There was no way to make over 75k at that company, like many larger corporate style companies in MN. I moved to Peak because they said I could make 50k and unlimited for bonus. This is very true. Yes, it takes a long time to ramp up, but once you do, you're set for life. You can become SR BIZDEV fast (1yr only! then you get bonuses) or one person there is going to be a broker after 2yr. Most brokers have 20yr experience, so, being able to fast track is huge.

Cons

Long sales cycle. Takes a long time to ramp up. If you take your foot off the gas, you're toast. If you stomp down on the accelerator, you're golden! Top performers WIN and average or lazy lose.
