Pros

In my experience it is a great place for a Junior Data Scientist with little to no commercial experience to grow. Data Scientists are quickly given projects to work on, client facing experience and the autonomy to explore areas of interest. Colleagues in all areas of the business are collaborative and a pleasure to work with. The platform is a great tool for Data Scientists and regular updates are released to improve it's functionality. Peak is an inclusive employer and offers flexible hours and hybrid work location.

Cons

Poorly scoped work and loosely defined timelines have at times resulted in seemingly never ending projects and resourcing issues. Lacks a well defined individual contributor career path for those not interested in a quick jump to people management.
