Pros

- The culture gives a warm and friendly vibe as reaching out directly to everyone can be done through direct messaging. Responses are received right away. Leaders are very supportive and team members are always willing to help out in every way they can. - Executives themselves understand how demanding the job but working remotely within the comforts of your home helps in maintaining a good balance of work and family.

Cons

- Being with the company for almost a year now and comparing it to my previous employers show the difference with the processes that serve as a guiding principle on how the business works. Peak Support is slowly but steadily is on the road to ensure that not only the stakeholders but mostly especially the employees themselves can thrive.

Pros

People‑first culture Experienced, high‑quality talent High client retention and referrals Remote‑first, modern operations

Cons

This is me reaching, but at times I do miss being in a physical site, just to be able to have that tangible interaction vs virtual.

Pros

Many BPO's claim that they have a positive culture but never truly execute on or live out their values. Peak Support does an excellent job of actually living and operating around company values. This is a place where people really do value transparency, work together, and treat mistakes as learning opportunities. Joining this company was the best decision I ever made. It completely changed my personal and professional trajectory in the best way possible.

Cons

As with any business, there will be ups and downs. This could be based on economic impacts or performance that became a learning opportunity and a chance for us to do better. So while not necessarily a con, there is an ebb and flow in business that can lead to movements from one area to another or sometimes, downsizing. However, if you perform well there is usually a home elsewhere in the business. Flexibility is key.
